This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Kingwood Football League.

TACKLE FOOTBALL

FRESHMAN THROUGH SENIOR DIVISIONS (See below for division age groups)

FULL DRAFT & TRYOUTS

  • Tryouts will be held the first three Saturdays in July.
  • Tryout dates will be emailed to registered players and posted online for non-registered players
  • Players unable to make tryouts will be put in a blind draft
  • Every kid makes a team and every kid will play
  • Teams will be coached by USA Football certified coaches

PRACTICES

  • 4 practices per week until season begins
  • 3 practices per week during the season
  • 2 hours maximum per practice session
  • Practice locations are designated by individual  coaches

GAMES

  • Season begins August 2nd (tentative)
  • 8 regular season games 
  • Alliance playoffs (single elimination playoff bracket with teams of similar records)
  • KFL Super Bowl
  • Games played on Saturday (we don't get rained out, we get rained on)
  • Weather cancellations rescheduled as needed
  • Home games played at Healy Sportsplex, Away games played at an LSYFA location

PROOF OF AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Original birth certificate is required to be permitted to play
  • Birth certificates not uploaded online, must be presented in person at tryouts (No exceptions)

EQUIPMENT

  • Included: Full Uniform
    • Fully custom sublimated game jersey
    • Fully custom sublimated integrated football pants
    • Helmet decal
  • Required (not included):
    • Helmet
    • Shoulder pads
    • Cleats
    • Mouthpiece
    • Game socks

Only need to attend one tryout.

Freshman 5 & 6 yrs. old $325
Sophomore 7 & 8 yrs. old $325
Junior 9 & 10 yrs. old $325
Senior 11 & 12 yrs. old $325

Sibling Discount

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a $25 discount on each additional child's registration fee.  Sibling discounts will be refunded after your registration has been processed

THERE WILL BE NO PLAYERS ADDED AFTER THE DRAFT

No refunds will be issued once the draft is complete (Draft Date: July 21, 2023)
